Small Estate Planning Seminar
Come learn about the basic law in Texas for drafting simple wills and other estate planning documents. By the end of the first class you decide if you want to request preparation of the complete basic estate planning package or just part of the package. Discounts are provided for purchasers of the complete package during this seminar. The discounted rate for a complete estate planning package for one person would be only $200 without a trust for minor children or just $230 with a trust.

When you RSVP, please provide your name, telephone number, and email address. I will email you the basic information sheet which you need to complete or at least substantially complete prior to the first class. Give a lot of thought and prayer deciding who you want to take care of your estate and minor children. Please have at least two individuals in mind (one as primary and second as backup) and ask them before you name them in your will. Bring your completed forms and your questions to the first class. Half payment will be required at the end of the first class unless separate arrangements are made. I will be available for questions during the first session and by phone or email thereafter.
At the second class, we will formally execute all wills. When you complete this two day seminar you will have your estate protected. For couples, it is preferable for both to attend the first day of the seminar since you will each be completing separate documents and may have different questions. It is mandatory that both attend for the signing ceremony.
