Fishers Kids Ministry
"Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to Me.'" Mark 10:14
Here at Fishers of Men, our Children’s Ministry program is built around sharing that love with our kids in fun and relevant ways!
Sunday Mornings at Fishers Kids
Children in Church
We are excited to have children join their families in worship! And each service we have special message just for children.
At both our 8:30am service and our 11:00am service, we have a weekly Children's Message where children are invited up to the front of the sanctuary during the service for a message geared just for them.
At our Kid's Corner bookshelf in the Gathering Area, we also have "Busy Boxes" available to borrow during the service that include crayons, books to read, and a quiet small toy or activity along with a packet of coloring pages and worksheet puzzles based on a Bible story or message. Just find the ages you want, take the box and activity pages into the sanctuary, and return them after the service.
We meet each week for Sunday School, from 9:45-10:45 am in the Fishers Kids Area (down the hall next to the sanctuary) starting at 2 years old through 5th grade. Children learn about Jesus' love through a fun mixture of age appropriate videos, puppets, skits, games, and crafts plus large and small group discussions for the older kids. Just head on down to the colorful paintings and talk to the people at front desk – they’ll get you set up and give you all the details. We’d love for you to join us!
On Sundays we have a nursery service available for children 2 years old and under during both worship services and during the Sunday School/Bible Study hour. Our paid nursery staff have all been trained in CPR and have a current background check. This is a free nursery service, there's no charge or pre-registration, simply come by the nursery (C144) where you will sign your child in and receive an emergency pager should your child need you.
