The Discovery Class is held periodically throughout the year. The class is always free of charge and with no obligation. You can learn the basics of the Christian faith, find out what Lutherans believe, and/or refresh stagnated faith.

Worship Services

We have three main services from which you can choose from. The early service (8 AM) is a more traditional service, and the late services (9:30 AM & 11AM) are more contemporary.

What We Believe

Fishers of Men is proud to be a congregation of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LCMS). As Lutheran Christians we believe that the Bible is the revealed, inspired, and inerrant Word of God and submit to it as the only authority all matters of faith and life. We believe that:

Our sinful human ways cause us to be deserving of God’s wrath
(Romans 6:23)
Because of God’s undeserved love Jesus Christ suffering on the cross paid the penalty for our sins, and his resurrection assures us new and eternal life
Each person must receive by faith God’s free gift (John 3:16)
God works in our hearts through the Word and the two sacraments Jesus instituted and commanded: Holy Baptism and Holy Communion
God commands all to be baptized and this command includes children and infants (Matthew 28:19)
We should regularly receive Holy Communion, where Christ’s body and blood are present in, with, and under the bread and wine
(1 Corinthians 11:23-36)
